DESCRIPCIÓN

CNC machine configured as a 4-way center lathe with full travel over the steady rests and superstructures

Z-axis travel (longitudinal slide) = 5000 mm (6000 mm with TAE3)

X-axis travel (transverse cross slide) = 1000 mm

Y-axis travel (vertical movement) = 350 mm
Maximum workpiece diameter = 1500 mm
Swing diameter over cross slide = 1500 mm
Center distance = 4500 mm (5500 mm with TAE3)

The cross slide and cross slide do not restrict the diameter range due to their lateral positioning on the lathe bed. Therefore, there is no associated diameter restriction over the cross slide/tool ??carrier.

The cross slide unit, including the cross slide superstructure, can travel completely past the steady rests, HSSL, and tailstock. This significantly reduces setup time.

All CNC linear axes are generously dimensioned to withstand the highest cutting and process forces and ensure a long service life.
